I am Naz Panju and I am a Director of two sucessful businesses in the UK. One is a UK Education Recuitment company – BCIE Ltd, which are the leading education consultancy that recruits International students from West Africa, UAE and South-East Asia into Universities in the UK, USA, Australia and Canada. We works with about 180 universities globally, recruit about 1500 students annually from over 9 countries and employs about 50 staff. I have the unique experience of having worked in the Education industry for about 22 years and understand the needs and market forces that effect Higher Education policies not only in the UK but also across different education systems that are at work in Australia, USA, Canada, Ghana, Nigeria, Pakistan, Kenya, India, Mauritius and the UAE to name a few. I specialises in comparing, and contrasting education systems across several countries and understand the huge export industry that International Education is to the UK.
I also work as the CEO of a property and development company and specialise in the pressures and challenges faced by landlord, tenants and home builders in several regions across the United Kingdom.
My education background is in Computer Science and have worked at a FTSE 100 company in London for years. I then completed an MPhil in Criminology on a full ESCR scholarship with the University of Cambridge including a specialism in Terrorism. I also hold a Masters degree in Psychology.
